About
Newly built to an extremely high standard, this luxury accommodation is the perfect venue for your romantic or peaceful getaway. With wood-burning stove, super-fast broadband and Sky TV with Sports and Cinema included free of charge, it is perfect for a cosy weekend in, or as a starting point to explore the surrounding countryside.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and we can also accommodate a child and one 1 well behaved dog (puppies not allowed). We do however have dogs, cats and children ourselves so please ensure your dog is always on a lead.
Within the accommodation, you’ll find a beautifully appointed main bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower boasting underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
The kitchenette is well equipped and has a 2 ring induction hob, toaster, microwave with grill and a sandwich toaster. There is also a dishwasher (please note that there is no main oven)
We are situated just south of Salisbury, and a 20 minute drive from Southampton. The New Forest is 5 miles away and Stonehenge is also a short drive. There are so many things to see and do: New Forest Water Park, National Trust Motisfont, Beaulieu Motor Museum & Gardens, Paultons Theme Park and Peppa Pig World, and the sandy beaches of Mudeford Spit and Hengistbury Head are all within 30 miles. You will be spoilt for choice and the hardest decision will be “what should we do today”.
Comfortable bedroom
Kingsize bed with memory foam mattress and organic Egyptian cotton bedlinen guarantees a great night’s sleep. There are USB charging ports on both sides of the bed, a hanging rail, small chest of drawers and a hair dryer. There are also blackout blinds on all the bedroom windows.
Dining
There is a dining table for up to 4 people, and a well equipped kitchenette which features a microwave with grill, induction hob and diswasher. We can also provide a wide choice of extras to fill the fridge/food cupboard for your ease.

Superfast broadband with speeds of up to 500mbps included free of charge
Television
55″ HDTV with Sky TV (with Sports and Cinema), Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime are all included.
Air Conditioning
Dual Heating and Air Conditioning units wall mounted and extremely efficient.

Shower room with underfloor heating, heated towel rail and illuminated mirror. Plus environmentally friendly toiletries are provided

Up to one child and one well behaved dog are also allowed for an additional cost of £15/night per child/pet. Unfortunately this property is not wheelchair accessible.

We will send you an email confirmation and a request for £100 security deposit to hold your dates. This will be held against damages and breakages and will be refunded 7 days after checkout.

* We will allow one well behaved dog, but please be aware there are cats, dogs and young children on the premises and as such dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the apartment.
