Nightly Rates for 2026 start at:
Sunday – Thursday £135
Friday & Saturday £160
- Price is for two adults
- 10% single occupancy discount
- Infants under 2yrs are free
- Children up to 12 can be accommodated on a Z-bed and are an additional £20 per night.
- 10% discount for bookings of 7+ nights.
We don’t generally accept single night bookings, but if you do need a single night please reach out.
You can also find us (and our latest availability) on AirBNB, Booking.com and VRBO. You shouldn’t find a cheaper rate elsewhere, but if you do, we will match it.
How to Book
Send us a message using the contact form below. We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability (or you can check on one of the sites mentioned above) and we will also confirm the rate. We don’t increase our prices just because it’s school holidays, but summer and public holiday dates do tend to be a little more expensive than the base prices shown.
Once you’re happy, we’ll send over the payment details. We’ll hold your dates for 24 hours, but please note that your booking won’t be confirmed until we receive the requested payment. The amount due will depend on how far in advance you’re booking. A £100 deposit +20% of the total cost is always required to secure your stay. £100 of this is non-refundable should you cancel, and the balance of payment is due 60 days before your arrival. Bringing Your Dog
We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog (sorry, no puppies) for a small fee of £20 per stay, and there is also a £100 damages deposit will be returned to you after checkout. Just a heads-up—our property is shared with our own dogs, cats, chickens, and young children, so for everyone’s safety, we ask that your dog stays on a lead while outside. Of course, they’re free to relax indoors with you!
Please don’t let dogs on the furniture and make sure they’re never left alone in the property. If your dog causes any damage, it could affect your deposit, and in some cases, you may be charged extra for repairs or cleaning.
